What we collect
When you contact us we receive the details you send: your name, email, company and message. If you apply for a role we also receive your CV and the details in your application, which we keep for up to 12 months and share with no one outside the hiring team. The contact forms use one strictly necessary session cookie for the anti-spam security check; it expires when you close the browser. The website itself sets no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and performance.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
- To keep the site secure and understand aggregate traffic.
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to serve the request and for up to three years for accounting and legal purposes. Server logs are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@neoterictechnologiesinc.com.
Third parties
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Social links open the respective platforms, which have their own policies.
